Directions:

1. Select your desired heat level (38°-60°) and timer (0.5/1/1.5/2 hours) using the control panel.

2. Position the heating pad on the desired area of your body, securing it with the extended belt and hand warmer pocket.

3. Avoid prolonged use and do not fall asleep with the heating pad on.

4. After use, disconnect the power connector from the control panel and machine wash the heating pad. Allow it to dry before using it again.
